About Pam Hanson the Author

Pam has recently had another challenge to overcome as she fell and broke her arm in several places. ‘You have to do things properly’ was the comment by many of her friends. This has rather clipped her wings as she is incapable of doing much physically and mentally the ol’ brain cells are not working too well. She wonders whether this can be a legitimate excuse for not much happening with the website. She is slowly surfacing and says she is being taught patience again. She will continue to look for a publisher for ‘Fits and Starts’ and will let you know of any new developments. April 2008

Pam loves singing although she can’t read music. She just follows everybody else and hopes for the best.
She has been on a Cursillo weekend finding it has helped her to find herself, discovering she has a gift for writing.

Pam enjoys walking although with her new health challenges she is unable to go as far as she would like. She is working on building up her stamina and believes that she will get stronger using the grit and determination that she has shown in the past.

She has started having seizures that can sometimes stop her doing what she has planned but when they are over she gets back on track and continues with her life.

She has felt led to write a book about these challenges sharing
humorously with others her coping strategies.
She has called it Fits and Starts planning to have it printed and published soon. Proclaiming ‘it will be done’ she envisages it being available before the end of the year.

She also loves reading, especially personal development books. She says she is fascinated with what makes humanity tick. This knowledge helps her to understand peoples’ mind-set giving her the ability to treat others how they would want. She has found this has helped her to ensure there are fewer fireworks in her relationships.

Her sense of fun helping her to cope with all that life has thrown at her she has a burn to share her experiences to help others see their full potential and encourage them to go for their dreams.
